LEADER+
is the European Union's rural development programme.
Barrow Nore Suir Rural Development(BNS) administers LEADER+ in
the County Kilkenny and southeast County Tipperary region of Ireland.
Through
LEADER+, the BNS Board of Directors offer grant assistance to communities and
small enterprises seeking to improve the quality of life of rural dwellers
in this region. Rural projects which demonstrate a significant element of
innovation and which may prove useful as models for others are favoured by the
LEADER + programme.
